Project Sava Park (Zagreb)

The company Aspera nekretnine d.o.o. has 100% ownership of 27,210 square meters of building land, plots envisaged for the construction of residential, commercial and cultural buildings.

The land is located on the banks of the Sava River, at the southern entrance to the city of Zagreb. With only the land is the largest sports centre in Croatia, “Arena”, where the most important sporting events and concerts are held. Also, there is a shopping center “Arena Centar”. Golf and Country Club Zagreb, the only golf course in continental Croatia with 18 holes, is located in the immediate vicinity of the plot, as well as the source of thermal water, where the development of the SPA Center is foreseen.

Furthermore, the land is located in the center of the potentially largest construction site in Zagreb. The southern entrance of the capital should become a new centre of the city where the hotels, business buildings, parks, sports, cultural and entertainment facilities will dominate.

Project “Savski Park” is part of a larger project whose intention is the futuristic development of Zagreb – “Zagreb’s Manhattan”.
